Can't remember, but I know it was clean.

Dinner

4 or 5 slices of cooked turkey

1/2 cucumber
1 red bell pepper
Fish oil
Water

Dinner again

3 slices of cooked turkey
3 or 4 tomato slices
Fish oil
Water
